Overview

This article explains how to perform aging reports and collections within the Invoices & Billing area.

Prerequisites

• Appropriate role/permissions for the action
• Access to relevant product module (e.g., Prisma, Spectra DS/OX)

Steps

1. Open the relevant module and navigate to the page for aging reports and collections.
2. Complete required fields; validate data and attachments.
3. Save and, if needed, submit for approval or routing.

Verify

• Confirm status in dashboards or reports.
• Check any downstream outputs (invoices, orders, files).
